The total number of seats of MBBS course during the academic session 2007-2008 shall be 158. And the total number of seats of BDS course during the acadmic session 2007-2008 shell be 25. The break up of medical seats of bolan medical college, queeta for the session 2007-2008 shall be as under.
a) Districts merit seats 109 seats b) Provincial merit seats (MBBS) for balochistan province. 10 Seats c) Reserved seats for:- 1. Children of doctor’s of balochistan, B & C Categories. 02 seats 2. “Note” The children of only those employees shall be eligible who have served in the Bolan medical college, queeta cadre, and the directorate general health Services cadre, para medical staff cadre, for at least 10 years in the above Cadre, separately. Children of retired and deceased employees having served For the said period shall also be eligible, and if there are no eligible candidate that such vacant seats shall be filled on provincial merit basis.
4. The districts merits seats of bolan medical college are distributed among
the 30 districts/agencies of balochistan on population basid as per report of census commissioner of Pakistan . The population figures of districts/ agencies are in accordance with the existing boundaries of the districts/ agencies.

5. There will be 25 seats for BDS out of which 5 seats will be on provincial merit, Remaning 20 Seats for BDS course are distributed amongst the 6 zones of Balochistan on population basis as under:-

The unclaimed District merit seat, if any shall be given to the candidates of the of the same zone on merit and if no eligible candidates is available in the zone, than , unclaimed seats shall be allocated to the candidates on provincial merit basis within period of 60 days.
Unclaimed seats of foreigner, FATA, AJ&K, Northern Areas and reciprocal not filled within 60 days from start of session shall stand abolished.
A seat once allocated to a candidate by the selection committee duly approved by the competent authority shall not be treated as vacant/unclaimed, if the candidates leaves the seat after 60 days of the commencement of academic session.
Candidate once selected for admission and leave to join another institution after 60 days of start of the academic session shall have to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- as fine to Bolan Medical College, and the seat in question so vacated shall stand abolished.
The nomination papers and documents of the candidates to be nominated by the Federal Government, shall be forwarded to the Secretary Government of Balochistan Health Department, Quetta by the concerned Ministry/Zone of the Federal Government before the specified date.
The nomination of candidate's against the seats reserved for foreign nationals shall be made by the Federal Government. Before specified date and may allocate these seats to any country, as per policy.
The Selection of candidates against the two seats reserved for the children of doctors of Balochistan and one seat reserved for Teachers/Lecturers/Doctors of Bolan Medical College Quetta shall be from amongst the eligible children, who are Local/Domicile of Balochistan or possess valid permanent residence certificate of Balochistan, and their selection will be effected according to the following three categories.
CATEGORY-A: TEACHING STAFF OF BOLAN MEDICAL COLLEGE Children of Teachers/Lecturers/Doctors, in Bolan Medical College, Quetta with at least ten years service and the Children of retired and deceased teachers of Bolan Medical College, are eligible for the seat provided that the deceased teacher had at least ten years service at his credit – One Seat.
CATEGORY – B: Children of doctors serving in the Prvincial Health Department/ Federal Government Health Department who are in position of local / domicile of Balochistan with at least ten years service are eligible for the seat. The children of retired and deceased doctors shall also be eligible for the seat provided that the deceased / retired doctor has at least ten years service at his credit – One Seat.
CATEGORY – C: The children of only those doctors who are full time Medical Practitioners, in Balochistan and are local/domicile and permanent resident of Balochsitan and are not employees in any Provincial / Federal Government Department. The children of deceased doctors falling in this category would also be eligible for the seat, provided that the deceased family is permanently residing in Balochistan, they should have served the people of Balochistan as private practitioners for at least ten years. One-Seat.
EXPLAINATION The doctors (other then Teachers and Lectures in Bolan Medical College) should be registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and the candidate shall have to produce the certificate of registration valid/up to date of his/her father/mother, as the case may be from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council on the date of application.
The Teachers, Lecturers/Doctors children shall also be eligible to compete with other candidates of the concerned district on merit seats of that respective district/agency. 15. If any seat, reserved for Teachers, Lecturers/Doctors children falls vacant due to non availability of an eligible candidate in any category, Such vacant seat shall be given to the candidates of other categories of Teachers, Lecturers, doctors children, on merit basis. If there are no eligible candidates from any category of Teacher's Lecturers/Doctors children then such vacant seat shall be allocated to general candidates on Provincial merit basis.
A Teacher/ Lecturer/Doctor who has availed the facility of Teachers, Lecturers, Doctors children reserved seat by getting his/her two children admitted against Teachers, Lecturers/Doctors children reserved, seats shall not be entitled to avail this privilege for the third time.
The Selection of candidates against the three seats in the Fatima Jinnah Medical College for girls, Lahore shall be made by the selection committee from amongst the eligible girl candidates of the Province in the following manners.
(i) Quetta zone, Sibi zone, Zhob zone, (excluding the provincially administered tribal areas) One Seat. (ii) Kalat zone, Makran zone, and Nasir Abad zone. One Seat. (iii) Provincially administred tribal areas of Balochistan namely.
1. Tehsil Dalbandin in Quetta zone. 2. Zhod District, Killa saifullah, Musakhail, Barkan, Loralai Districts, (Excluding Duki Techsil,) in Zhob zone 3. Kohlu agency, Dera Bugti Agency in Sibi zone One Seat.
Three seats meant for female candidates of province of Balochistan for Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore would be exclusive of general seats. The eligibility of candidates would be based on the following criteria.
Having a local/ domicile certificate of concerned areas as defined above. Having qualification on the merit. Having given first option of Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore.
The four seats, two in Nishter Medical College, Multan one seat in Alma Medical College Lahore and one seat in Quaid-e-Azam Medical, Bahawalpur, shall be on reciprocal basis mutually agreed by both the provinces of Punjab and Balochistan shall be purely on selective merit of candidates without and gender distinction or any other condition. These seats are within the 1919, district and Provincial merit seat. Once allocated these seats to eligible candidate will not be changed in any circumstances.
If a candidate has once been admitted to veterinary, Engineering, forestry, Agriculture or any other professional graduation course against the government reserved seat he/she shall not be eligible to seek admission in MBBS or BDS course.
A candidate who does not take admission in the Medical College even after his/her selection by the selection committee in that particulars year, shall not be admitted in the Medical College during the subsequent year, on the basis of his/her previous selection. He/She shall have to under go all the process and complete all the formalities during in the subsequent year as required by a fresh candidate and he/she shall only be granted admission after his/her selection by the selection committee.
No notice/letter shall be issued individually to the candidates for inviting applications, communication of results of the interviews of any other instructions/direction to the candidates Publication of any other instructions through the Press Release in the Local Newspapers/announcements through the Radio and Television shall be considered sufficient.
Applications for admission along with documents received in the college shall not be returned. In case a candidate has submitted the original certificates/testimonials the same can be returned to him/her after admission are over. However he/she shall have to supply the attested copies of the said certificates /testimonials to the college office.
if at any stage it is proved that any candidate has been admitted on the basis of false /incorrect documents or information or against the rule of admission, his/her admission shall be cancelled and all fees paid shall be forfeited immediately by the Principal. However the person shall be given an opportunity to clear his position.
candidate who, for the purpose of getting admission furnishes or relies upon a certificate or any other documents or information which is incorrect or false shall be debarred from the admission in the college for three academic sessions.
The candidate simultaneously applying for MBBS and BDS course shall indicate their 1st and 2d preference on the application form for the respective courses.
The admission to MBBS and BDS course is not mutually interchangeable under any circumstances. Once a candidate is admitted in BDS course, after the passage of three months of start of the session, he/she shall not be eligible to change to MBBS course even if he/she is on MBBS merits.
ELIGIBILTY OF CANDIDATES
There will be pre-entry test for admission in Bolan Medical College, Quetta. It will be compulsory for all categories of seats. The merit for admission shall be constituted after adding all marks as given below.
MATRICULATION 10% INTERMEDIATE 50% ENTERY TEST 40%
Only those candidates will be eligible to apply for admission who obtained 60% marks in F.Sc or equivalent examination (vide Pakistan Medical and Dental Council letter No. PF.1.C.2007/68275 Dated 12th October 2007.
Admission to the Bolan Medical College , Quetta is open to the genuine candidates possessing local and domicile certificate of the Province of the Balochistan.
The candidate seeking admission to Bolan Medical College shall have to produce before the selection committee a Local/Domicile certificate issued by the concerned authorities / District Administrative officer of the respective district.
The minimum qualification for a candidate for admission to MBBS/BDS class is the Intermediate Science (pre-medical) examination from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Balochistan, Quetta or any recognized Board or University.
An equivalent like British G.C.E 'A' Level or American, Canadian High school examinations etc from any recognized Board or University. The candidate must have passed his/her matriculation examination/equivalent with science subjects.
The candidates with ( an equivalent ) like British G.C.E 'A' Level or American, Canadian High School examinations etc. It is the responsibility of applicant to obtain equivalent certificate from the Chairman of the I.B.C.C, Islamabad. The equivalence certificate of such a candidate will not be accepted if he/she has studied the subject of Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English in his/her minimum 12 academic years of studies.
A candidate or is father/mother/ guardian as the case may be found in possession of two or more local/domicile certificates issued by the competent authority of different Districts/Agencies at the time of applying for admission, shall not be considered for admission against the seats of any of the District / Agency of which he/she father/mother/guardian possess the local/domicile certificate, his/her application shall be rejected. If he/she father/mother/guardian has ever possessed Local/Domicile certificate of any other District/Agency, if must be clarified at the time of submission of application as well as at the time of interview, otherwise if at any stage it is proved that a candidate has concealed this information he/she shall be de-seated without any notice. Provided that if a candidate father/mother/guardian at another Local/Domicile certificate and he/she had already cancelled on his/her local/domicile certificate cacelllation should have been done at least two years before applying for admission.
No candidate, even if selected by the Selection Committee, shall be admitted to Bolan Medical College, Quettta after the passage of 30 days from the date of announcement of final result of the selection committee which will be done through the local newspapers/ media and by displaying the same on the notice board of the College.
The Selection Committee, on the basis of the documents attached with the application form of the candidates as required under paragraph No.39 of the Prospectus and or further inquiry through the concerned authorities or other sources, shall be competent to decided as to whether the candidate actually belongs to district/agency of which he/she is entitled of being selected against the seat of that district/agency or not. The candidate shall be bound to abide by the decision of the Selection Committee.
The candidate applying against the seat reserved for the disabled person shall have to produce a certificate from the medical board bolan medical college hospital, Quetta as constituted by Government of Balochistan. The Medical Board shall be guided by the definition of the world health organization in respect of the disabled person. If there is no eligible candidate, then the vacant seat shall be filled on purely merit bases.
A candidate who has passed intermediate (F.Sc) Examination up to the academic session 2007 shall only be eligible for admission during the academic session 2007-2008 MBBS/BDS.
The candidates simultaneously applying for the merits seats reserved for the different districts and the seats reserved for special categories group will have to indicate there first choice and second choice respectively.
PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION
Application for admission to 1st year MBS and 1st year BDS courses shall be invited by the Principal, Bolan Medical College, Quetta through an advertisement in the local and national newspapers / broadcast/telecast from the Radio and television. The applications are required to be submitted in Triplicate on or before the date specified in the advertisement / broadcast / television.
If a candidate wishes to apply both for MBBS, BDS and other category he/she shall submits separate application on the prescribed from for each course he/she must obtain receipt from BMC authorities.
All applications must be accompanied with the Photostat copies of the following documents in triplicates. The Gazzated office must also attest the Photostat copies. All the columns of the prescribed application form must be filled currently. Incomplete application forms are liable to be rejected.
a) Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) Certificate (3 copies) b) Intermediate Science (Pre-Medical) Detail Marks (3 copies) c) Local Certificate/Domicile certificate issued by the District (3 copies) Magistrate/EDO Revenue of respective District/Agency. Copies of father's local certificate must also be attach where son / daughter name has been entered at the time of issue d) Matriculation certificate (with science subject). (3 copies) Character certificate from the principal, of the institute lazy attended of from an officer of PBs-17or above. e) National identity card of the candidate or his/her father in (3 copies) case he/she is below 18 years of age. f) Six attested copies of latest passport size (6 copies) Photographs. g) An affidavit of non-judicial paper duly attested by a 1st class magistrate to the effect that the candidate or his/her father /guardian is in possession of only one local/domicile certificate, as the case may be. h) Provisional certificate of metric (3 copies) i) Provisional certificate of F.sc (3 copies) j) Application from (3 copies) k) The candidate from quetta rular must submit a certificate from the local government department to effect that as per present notification his/her place abode from a part of the quetta rular
EXPLAINATION.
In case the candidate is below the age of 21 Years he/she will be eligible To apply on the basis of local/domicile certificate of his father/mother Provided that his/her name is included in such certificate as son/daughter.
The application/documents received after the date advertised/telecast will not be entertained and no excuse of any kind will be acceptable.
The selection of candidates for admission to 1st year MBBS and BDS class shall be made by selection committee, appointed by the government, strictly on merit basis in each category of seats from amongst the applicants according to candidate laid down in the Prospectus. The merit will be determined on the basis of the pre-entry test result.
The following marks shall be deducted from the aggregate marks of candidate.
a) Ten marks shall be deducted or per year or part of any year if a candidate fails to pass or improve division in F.Sc (Pre-Medical Group) examination in two years after passing the matriculation science/F.Sc (Pre medical) examination as the case may be.
b) Five marks per year shall be deducted if the candidate fails to get admission during the year he/she passed F.Sc examination. However, this condition does not apply in case of delay in admission caused by legal procedures resulting in court decision favorable to candidate originally rejected by the Selection Committee.
EXPLAINATION In case a candidate does not clear F.Sc (pre medical) examination or part of a year , beyond this period shall be treated his/her attempt for the purpose of deduction irrespective of his/her having not appeared in the examination in such year.In case the adjusted marks of two or more candidate are equal, the candidates securing higher marks in the matriculation with science examination shall be ranked higher on merit for the purpose of admission. If the masks of the matriculation with science are also equal, then the candidate elder in age shall be ranked higher on merit.
Production of equivalent of marks sheet shall be responsibility of the candidate. If as a result of judgment of the Honorable High Court/Supreme Court any candidate is to be given a seat the respondent candidate in whose place admission is given shall stand unseated in consequence thereof and principle Bolan medical College shall be competent to oust such candidate without any show cause notice.
INTERVIEW AND SELECTION. The selection of candidate for admission to 1st year MBBS/BDS class in B.M.C and Fatima Jinnah College, Lahore and seats on reciprocal basis in the Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore , Nishter Medical College, Multan and Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur, Doctor's Children reserved seats, reserved sears for the children of Government servants other then doctors working in BMC of and the Director General Health Services, paramedical staff children of the minority communities and disabled person shall be made by the selection committee consisting of the following members.

FEES AND SUBSCRIPTION top All the students must pay fees by the date as may be fixed by the principal for the purpose as per detail given.

If the fee is nt paid in the time, the name of the defaulters if already admitted will be struck off the college rolls and readmission will only be allowed on payment of re admission fee of Rs.500/- in addition to the usual college fees.
Fee once paid is not refundable.
A student who is required to attend the academic session for the 2nd time on account of failure in a professional examination would be required to pay the welfare fund amounting to Rs. 200/- only for that session.
There will be no remission of fee.
The identity card will be issued on the production of the receipt of the fee prescribed for the 1st year class. If lost, it will be reissued on the payment of Rs. 100/- Provided he/she has publicized the lost in the newspaper.
COLLEGE SESSION.
The duration of terms and vacation shall be as follows:

As recommended by the Educational Development Committee and academic Council Bolan Medical College, Quetta. The theory paper of University Professional Examination MBBS and BDS courses would be held on 100 % Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) pattern.
Examinations are of two kinds, namely class examination and University examinations.
All examination shall be compulsory for every student of each class. Students failing to obtain 40% marks in the class/terms exams shall not be allowed to appear in the annual professional/promotion examinations, of the 1st year and sent up examination for the university examination to be held near the end of the third term.
The students who fail in the annual promotion examination of the 1st year class and sent up examination for the university examination shall be detained and their scholarship will be with held.
University examinations of MBBS course is held as follows as per regulations of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council through University of Balochistan Quetta.
1stl Professional MBBS, Examination, Part-I at the end of First year.
1stl Professional MBBS, Examination, Part-II at the end of Second year.
2nd Professional MBBS, Examination, at the end of 3rd year
3rd Professional MBBS, Examination, at the end of 4th year.
Final Professional MBBS, Examination, at the end of 5th year.
There shall be only two professional examinations for each class in the year. There will be no carry over system. Students who fail in any professional examination shall not be promoted to the next higher class until they have cleared all the subjects of their respective professional examination. This is in accordance with the instruction of PMDC.
PROFESSIONAL MBBS EXAMINATIONS First Professional MBBS part-I Examination
To be held at the end of the 1st year in the following subjects in Course work completed in the first year:
(a) Anatomy and Histology. One Paper: 100 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 100 marks
(b) Physiology One Paper 100 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 100 marks
(c) Biochemistry One Paper 50 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 50 marks
(d) Pakistan studies & Islamiat. 50 marks
“Any student who failed to clear the first Professional MBBS Part-1 examination in three chances availed or un-availed after becoming eligible for each examination shall cease to become eligible for further Medical Education in Pakistan.”
First professional MBBS part-II Examination
To be held at the end of the 2nd year in the following subject in Course work completed in the second year:
(a) Anatomy and Histology One Paper: 100 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 100 marks
(b) Physiology
One Paper 100 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 100 marks
(c) Biochemistry
One Paper 50 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 50 marks
“Any student who fails to clear the First Profession MBBS Part-II Examination in three chances availed or un-availed after becoming eligible for the examination shall cease to become eligible for further Medical Education in Pakistan.”
2nd Professional MBBS Examination
To be held at the end of the 3rd year in the following Subjects.
(a) Pharmacology & therapeutics One paper. 150 Marks. Practical and Oral exams 150 Marks.
(b) Pathology General, Microbiology & Parasitology One Paper: 150 Marks Practical and Oral Exam: 150 Marks.
(c). Forensic Medicine One Paper. 100 Marks. Practical and Oral Exam. 100 Marks.
The clinical skill in all subjects shall be taught and evaluated in 3rd year. It should be part of internal evaluation having proportionate weightage according to the number of marks allotted to each subject. The methodology of evaluation be develop by each institution.
3rd Professional MBBS Examination
To be held at the end of 4th year in the following subjects.
(a) Community Medicine One Paper. 150 Marks. Practical and Oral Exam. 150 Marks.
(b) Special Pathology: One Paper 150 Marks Practical and Oral Exam. 150 Marks.
Final Professional MBBS Examination
To be held at the end of the 5th year in the following Subjects:
(a) Medicine including Psychiatry and 600 Marks Dermatology.
Two Papers, Practical and Oral Exam.
(b) Surgery including Orthopeadics and 600 Marks Anesthesia Two Papers, Practical and Oral Exam.
(c) Obstetrics and Gynecology 400 Marks Two papers, Practical and Oral Exam.
(d) Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) 200 Marks One Paper, Practical and Oral Exam.
(e) Ophthalmology 200 Marks One Paper, Practical and Oral Exam.
(f) Padriatrics including Neonatology 200 Marks One Paper,Practcal and Oral Exam.
BDS EXAMINATION The BDS course normally extends to a period of 4 academic years. A University exam is held at the end of each academic year. The year wise break up for teaching the main subjects and conducting examination will be as follows:-
First Professional BDS Examination
(a) Anatomy, Histology and Embrology One Paper: 75 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 75 marks
(b) Physiology including Bio-Chemistry One Paper 75 marks Practical and Oral Exam: 75 marks

(d) Pakistan Studies and Islamiyat
Second Professional BDS part-II Examination
(a) General and Dental Pharmacology & Therapeutics One paper, 75 Marks Practical and Oral exams 75 Marks

Before being allowed to appear in the University examination every student is required to produce a “No Dues” certificate from the College Cashier.
There should be no more than two professional university examination in a year. No special Supplementary Examination will be allowed under any circumstances as per instructions of P.M.D.C.
The percentage of pass marks in each subject should not be less than 50% that is 50% in theory and 50% in practical/viva voce. No grace mark (even one number) should be allowed in any examination as prescribed by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
Only those students shall be allowed to take the University examination who had completed the course of studies to the entire satisfaction of the Heads of Department and obtained 75% attendance in the theory lectures delivered and practical conducted in their respective subjects.
The Principal has the discretion to refuse permission to any student to appear in any University Examination if in his opinion the student’s work, conduct and character has been unsatisfactory.
Every candidate shall forward his/her application for appearing in the particular Professional Examination through the Principal of the College to the Controller of Examination by the date fixed by the University with the necessary fees.
Any student found having recourse to unfair means will be expelled from the Examination hall & necessary disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
Late comers shall not be admitted to the Examination Hall.
The syllabus and examination procedure for the Professional Examinations shall conform with the latest rules and regulations for the degree of Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery as prescribed by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
A candidate who fails to pass in First Annual Examination will be admitted to the supplementary examination on payment of fresh examination fee on each occasion.
The University of Balochistan has the power to exclude any candidate from the examination if it is satisfied that such candidate is not a fit person to-be allowed to appear in the examination.
LEAVE top
Student must not leave station without the permission of the Principal. The student must apply for leave giving sound reason s and must get the sanction before leaving.
Leave on medical grounds beyond 03 weeks will be without scholarship unless recommended by an specialist treating the student.
Sick leave will be granted on production of medical certificate and shall be with scholarship for a period of six days at any one occasion.
The leave may be extended up to three weeks on the production of a certificate from authorised doctors recommending the leave to be absolutely necessary for the student’s health.
In case of scholarship holders, who are admitted for treatment in a hospital recognised by the Government sick leave will be with scholarship.
In all cases leave taken will be at the student's own risk so far as the percentage of attendance is concerned and even a medical certificate will not condone a deficiency in attendance.
A student who is absent without leave continuously for a period of three weeks, his/her name shall be struck off from the College rolls and he / she will not be eligible for re-admission.
All students proceeding on leave are required to furnish their address to the Principal before leaving.
The day scholar may produce a medical certificate signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner and countersigned by the Specialist (Professor / Assistant Professor).
In case of Hostel residents falling ill and remaining in the Hostel during illness the Hostel Warden must sign the Medical Certificate.
Out-patient ticket will not be accepted as a medical certificate.
Medical Certificate in support of absence must be produced at the earliest possible date, and in any case not later than 3 days of absence.
A Medical Certificate must specified the nature of illness & the period with dates of leave recommended on account of illness.
MIGRATION top
Student shall not be permitted to migrate without the previous permission of the Principal and the Government concerned.
Only University Registered students shall be eligible for migration. Migration from the private Medical Colleges within the country/abroad is not allowed in any case.
No application for mutual migration or otherwise shall be entertained, till the student has passed the 1st Professional MBBS Examination.
No application for migration shall be entertained during the academic year except on father's/Guardian's death or transfer in support of which authentic proof must be forth coming.
A student on being allowed migration as per PM & DC, rules he/she must clear all his outstanding dues any pay Rs.2000/- as migration fees.

HOSTEL MESS top
154. Hostel Mess is meant only for the bonified College students. It is furnished with necessary furniture and utensils.
155. Mess members elect their own Mess Manager and run it themselves or through a contractor.
156. The Manager shall keep the accounts, supervise the work of servants and see that the kitchen and utensils are kept clean and tidy.
157. On the application from one half of the member of the Mess the Warden can order the election of a new mess Manager.
158. Meals will be served in the Dining Room and shall not be taken in living rooms.
159. Members intending to be absent from a meal must notify to the Manager at least a day previously or as decided by the warden, otherwise they will be charges for it.
160. Members will clear their previous month’s balance on or before the 10th of each month after which the Warden may debar any member from the use of the Mess on the advice of the Mess Manager.
161. Before proceeding on vacation members shall clear their Mess and Canteen accounts.
162. Members inviting guests for meals should intimate the fact to the Manager at least six hours before the meals are served or as amicably arranged.
163. The Warden may forfeit the right of Membership of any member if his conduct is found unsatisfactory or if he does not abide by the rules of the Mess.
