Protest continues against killing of two women
TAMBOO Mar 7 (PPI):  Women continued their protest against killings of two women by police in Tehsil Tamboo fourth consecutive day Monday.
Leading the protest, sit in and demonstrations  PPP Women Wing office bearers Madam Naziran Jamali, Dur Bibi Qureshi and representatives form different NGOs said that four days ago Police party headed by DIG Operations encircled Village Sattar Umrani of Tehsil Tamboo and killed two unarmed innocent women by firing. But government did not take any notice of such a big incident nor was any inquiry conducted.
They asked police officers killing women what their sin was. Had these women committed any crime, they should be arrested and produced in court of law but no arrest was taken against police officers nor was any case registered against them.
They announced they would not sit silent over murder of these two women.
