QESCO makes arrangements for uninterrupted supply for eid days
QUETTA Sep 9 (PPI):  Quetta Electric Supply Company *QESCO) has made arrangements for uninterrupted supply of electricity during eid days form Sept 10 to 13. Feeders in Quetta City have been exempted from load shedding during eid days while load shedding would also be reduced considerably on rural feeders.
A Spokesman of QESCO said here Thursday that a Central Complaint Cell (Phone No 0819201445) has been declared as Central Monitoring and Emergency Control Centre. It would work in three shifts and take immediate action for suspension in supply.
Every shift would work under the leadership of SDO with one Line Superintendent, a Line Man and 3 ALM. A bucket truck, a truck with ladder, a Crain, a mobile generator and 200 kv transformer would be available for any emergency.
QESCO Centre would remain in contact with Emergency Control Centre (15) and work under its directive in case of emergency.  Besides monitoring of 11 kv feeders it would continue to apprise QESCO Operation Director of the situation.
