Dengue awareness seminar held

SARGODHA, Sept 16 (APP): A seminar to create awareness
among students about preventive measures of dengue virus was
held at Govt Degree College for Women here on Monday.
Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Abdul Razzaq Dhilon
chaired the seminar.
Speaking on the occasion, the MPA said that preventive
measures are must to ward off dengue virus. He said that
government alone could not eliminate dengue virus, however,
people have to play their role in this regard.
Dhilon said the Punjab government was performing well
to eradicate dengue larva and stop the spread of dengue
virus.
A large number of students and teachers participated in
the seminar. Pamphlets were distributed among students about
precautionary measures.
