SIBI Dec 27 (PPI): highway robbers intercepted three passengers at gun point and deprived their passengers of cash, cell phones and other costly items.
According to details highway robbers stopped three wagons No. BSA-753 going to Jacobabad from Quetta, No BMA-646 and No BMB-518 heading to Quetta from Jacobabad near Ayub Tower Haji Shahar of Sub Tehsil Bala Nari (District Kachhi). today. They looted passengers of their cash about Rupees 200. 000/- mobile phones and other costly items and fled. They continued to rob passengers along national highway for hours together but no Levies or police man reached the scene.
According to reports an exchange of fire took place between highwaymen and FC troops but no arrest was reported.
