White cloth creates panic in Barkhan

BARKHAN Feb 14 (PPI): Hanging of pieces of white cloth at the Degree College and some schools in the city has created panic among the residents here Saturday. Barkhan is about 450 Km east of Quetta at the Balochistan-Punjab border.
According to details unknown persons hanged pieces of white cloth at the gate of Degree College and other schools in the city today. It created fear and panic among the people.
Principal Degree College lodged a report with the province and Police started investigation in the matter.
