TAMBOO(PPI): If government failed to stop economic murder of kissans and zamindars of Balochistan green belt lakhs of acres of land would turn barren and dream of cultivation of rice and wheat would become a dream.
This was stated by President PPP Balochistan and former Provincial Minister Muhammad Sadiq Umrani while speaking to Newsmen in Dera Murad Jamali Wednesday.
He said those having capitalist mentality have made kissans and zamindars miserable and they are worried for two time bread. He aid people are worried for employment but these people have left them at the mercy of businessmen to push them to backwardness who are purchasing wheat at Rupees 1050 per mound and smuggling it to Afghanistan at large scale. But Food Department was sleeping. He said if economic murder of kissans and zamindars in Balochistan was not stopped and wheat procurement centres wren to setup immediately PPP would be forced to launch a movement.
He asked Chief Minister and Chief Secretary of taking notice of Food department carelessness and action against responsible and provide relief to small zamindars and kissans.
