Journalist injured by attackers

PISHIN Oct 7 (PPI): A journalist Mohibullah Tareen was seriously injured by three attackers at his office here Thursday-Friday nigh.
Malik Saadullah Tareen Reporter Dunya News and daily Awaz News who is father of Mohbullah Tareen Reporter Aaj New channel told PPI Friday that his son Mohibullah Tareen went to his cable office around 9 pm last night.
Malik Saadullah said he received a call that three armed men had entered in the office and have injured Mohibullah who was bleeding. Thereupon his children rushed to the office which is in close vicinity. They caught hold of an attacker Saleh while two made good their escape from the scene.A knife and a iron fist was recovered from the attacker caught.
City Police was informed and Mohibullah was shifted to civil hospital Pishin. SHO City thana visited hospital and Mohibullah was referred to civil hospital Quetta in view of his injuries. At the hospital Mohibullah received 14 stitches. He was out of danger.
It was learnt that attackers were three brothers all Levies personnel posted at Yaro post some 7 Km from Pishin.
A case was registered at City Police Station under sections 337 adf, 392, 427, 504, 506 and 34. Probe was underway.
