DERA MURA DJAMALI Oct 8 (PPI): Strict and effective security measures have been adopted during Muharramul Haram on the directive of Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri. Government has put security forces on high alert in view of terrorist activities of banned and sectarian organisations. All possible measures have been taken to meet any possible terror bid.
These views were expressed by Inspector General Balochistan Police Ahsan Mahbub while briefing Newsmen after special meeting with religious bodies about Muharramul Haram here Saturday.
Secretary Home Dr Akbar Harifal, Commissioner Nasirabad Division Ahmed Aziz Tarar, DIG Sharjeel Kharal, Deputy Commissioners of all four districts of division and SSP were also present.
Answering a question IGP said banned organisations were being provided findings form foreign courtiers for acts of terrorism and subversion in Balochistan to create chaos in the province to achieve their ulterior motives. But he said Government, people and religious, political and social organisations cooperation their conspiracies would be foiled.
He said all the genuine complaints of Shia Faith would be removed during Muharram and their mourning and azadari processions would be provided all possible security Ahsan Mahbub said government was mobilizing all available resources to maintain law and order situation.
Answering another question IG Police said positive results were being accrued of the combing operation in Balochistan.
