Balochistan govt committed to provide healthcare facilities
ISLAMABAD, May 5 (NNI): Balochistan government is endeavoring to provide modern health facilities to the poor people at their doorstep.
This was stated by the Director General Provincial Health Services Department.
According to Radio Pakistan, he said that a major programme to control birth rate has been started at a cost of Rs 4 billion.
Another project to control the epidemic diseases in the province is also being implemented at a cost of Rs 2.5 billion, he added. Similarly, construction work at a hospital in Naal area of Khuzdar district is to be completed at a cost of Rs 270 million. NNI
