ZHOB July 26 (PPI): JUI Central leader and Chairman Council of Islamic Ideology Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani has said groupings and differences have always harmed Islam and Ummah. Politics should be done for ideology and not for personal gains. Those in Jamiat should do politics as worship.
He was speaking to a party delegation at the residence of former Nazim District Sherani Maulana Ishaq Shah at an iftar dinner.
He said to us politics is name of invitation, brotherhood, sympathy and lesson of independence while some segments do it for increasing hatred, blood bath and enmity. We consider politics our worship. Some people by labeling politics as lie prove to be a lier. There s selfish in politics. The tension prevailing in the region and situation taking place are the dangers which we have been warning of from day one. He said present situation in the country was not taking Pakistan towards a welfare country. He asked Muslims not to allow differences in their ranks. They must not make a mistake of pushing Islam from manifesto and principles. He said survival of Ummah is to follow Quran and unity among each other. Groupings has always harmed Islam and Ummah.
