QUETTA juy 31 (PPI): dozens of people were injured in jubilant firing on Chand raat They were shifted to CMH.
According to details people resorted to aerial firing on chand raat to express pleasure over sighting of Eid (Shawwal) moon. As a result several people were injured by stray bullets. They were brought to CMH.
Meanwhile Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan Major General Muhammad Ejaz Shahid said that on chand raat and first day of eid there was peace during strict security measures adopted by FC and Police. Yet incidents of aerial firing by citizens are very grave.
He appealed to the people to avoid such incidents as are dangerous for the lives of common citizens.
