QUETTA Sep 1 (PPI): Killing of Irshad Mastoi and his colleagues is to suppress voice of down trodden segments. On one hand it is big loss of journalistic field while it is also a big incident for political forces.
This was stated by President Balochistan National Party Sardar Akhtar Mengal while speaking to President Quetta Press Cub Razaur Rehman by telephone Monday.
Akhtar Mengal condoled the death of Irshad Mastoi and his two colleagues Abdul Rasool and Muhammad Yusuf who were killed in target killing at the office of Online News Agency here few days back.
He said there is none to tolerate truth. There are liers in the country. Unfortunately Irshad Mastoi born in a country where there is none to listen to truth. Had he born in any country he would have been respected greatly and his voice had not silenced.
Akhtar Mengal said we did not expect justice yet we hope killers of Irshad Mastoi, his martyred colleagues and other martyrs of Balochistan would be traced.
He said BNP is flag carrier of democracy. It is ready to extend cooperation moral or practical.
