QUETTA Nov 28 (PPI): Sectors of irrigation and exploration of water resources need attention in Balochistan. Fruits of development must reach to the people.
These views were expressed by Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai while speaking to Chief of UNDCP Balochistan Sub Office Ilaria Carpen here Friday.
Governor said various projects of drinking water were under execution in different districts of Balochistan under Governor Balochistan Special Funds. UNDP was playing its effective role to ensure provision of drinking water to the people in the province. He urged that performance of the institutions and department should be visible.
Meanwhile Founding Director of Kids for Peace Jill Mic Manigal and Provincial Secretary Culture Aslam Shakir also called on Governor separately.
