QUETTA: Full court reference of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) is scheduled to be held at 01:00 PM on Monday (tomorrow).
The full court reference is being held to bid farewell to Mr. Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal, the Chief Justice on his retirement.
