QUETTA: A meeting of the Zamindar Action Committee (ZAC) Balochistan has been convened on February 2, 2015 in Quetta.
According to a statement issued here, it was mentioned that the meeting would discuss the protest programme against the lengthy power load shedding being observed in the province as well as for acceptance of their other demand including restoration of the subsidy on agriculture tube wells.
The meeting would finalize the protest programme of the third and fourth phase and announced their dates as well.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General of ZAC Balochistan, Abdul Rehman Bazai has demanded of the authorities to start work on the Zhob-Chashma-Dera Ismail Khan transmission line of 500 KV.
