QUETTA(PPI): Three persons including a woman and two children died of gas explosion here Monday. Three children were also injure d.
According to details gas filled in kitchen of a house in Marriabad area here last night. This morning when a woman lit match to prepare breakfast there was a big explosion and roof of the kitchen collapsed. Two children and a woman buried under the roof and died. They included Mst Fatima Bibi, Muhammad Ali (8) and a minor girl Bibi Zahra. Three children Ali Asghar (5), Ali Hyder (3) and Ruqiyah (10) sustained serious injuries.
Police reached the site and shifted injured children to nearby hospital for treatment.
Police said the explosion was result of gas leakage in the house.
