SIBI(PPI): Living nations always keep their language and culture live and they live in history forever who struggle for promotion of their culture. Balochistan nation history is thousands of years old which has its unique culture and tradition in every nook and corner of the world.
This was stated by Provincial Minister S&GAD and central leader of National party Nawab Muhammad Khan Shahwani while speaking to PPI at a ceremony held here Monday as part of Baloch Culture day celebrations
He was flanked by Shaharyar Khan Shahwani, Syed Hussain Shah, newly elected councilors of Municipal Committee and tribal elders.
Nawab Shahwani said that history is witness that nations which forgot their traditions and customs they lost their identity. He said Baloch Culture Day is celebrated all over the world including Balochistan and Sindh so that Baloch culture is kept alive. He said Baloch nation has thousands years old historical civilization. It has not only unique position in Balochistan but also in the world because of its tradition, culture, civilization and way of life. Observing Baloch Culture Day on March 2 is to bring a living nation in the focus.
He said great responsibility lies on youth of Baloch nation to seek expertise in every sphere of activity by following their culture, costumes and traditions besides education.
Baloch culture day was observed in Balochistan in a befitting manner. Public meetings and different functions were arranged on the occasion. Baloch youth danced Balochi dance Chap.
