QUETTA: The Health Department, Government of Balochistan has again informed all the nurses, dental surgeons and doctors particularly those belong to the general cadre to submit their complete ACRS / PERs within q week time. Otherwise, the cases of their promotion would not be considered and as per the law, the cases of their juniors would be brought under consideration.
According to an official notification issued here by the Secretary Health Department, the department has taken steps for promotion of doctors at the large scale. In this regard, heads of all the subordinate departments of the Health to complete the annual confidential and performance reports (ACRs / PERs) of the doctors working under the subordination within seven days so as to make their promotion possible taking timely action.
In this regard, all the doctors have been asked to submit the same reports to their respective reporting officers timely.
In this regard, no negligence would be tolerated.
The doctors may witness their senior lists on the official website of the provincial government i.e., www.balochistan.gov.pk/health/downloads
