Iqra Rozatul Itfaal (Trust): 741 students complete memorization of Holy Qur’an

QUETTA: A special ceremony was held for the students completing education of Hifz-e-Qur’an under arrangements of Iqra Rozatul Itfaal (Trust) here at the spacious Railway Hockey Ground.
Professor Dr. Abdul Salam was the chief guest.
It may be mentioned here that as many as 741 male and female students had the blessed opportunity of Hifz-e-Qur’an in Quetta this year.
The Huffaz on the occasion made recitation from the Holy Qur’an. The ceremony was also attended by the parents of Huffaz besides them.
In the end, special prayer was also offered. The chief guest urged the Huffaz to strictly follow the teachings of Qur’an in their practical lives as they have memorized it.
He said that the Qur'an comprehends the complete code from the Almighty Creator, for the human beings to live a good, chaste, abundant and rewarding life in obedience to the commandments of Allah, in this life and to gain salvation in the next.
It is indeed the "chart of life" for every man, and it is the "constitution" of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
One of the most important characteristics of the Quran is that it remains today, the only holy book which has never changed; it has remained free from any and all adulterations.
Meanwhile, addressing the gathering, Mufti Khalid Mehmood also congratulated the Huffaz-e-Karam on completion of their memorizing Qura’an.
He noted with satisfaction that number of Huffaz is increasing every year in the country. It requires a tremendous amount of effort, focus, and dedication on behalf of the student, parent (s), and the teacher, he maintained.
He also congratulated the students and their parents, who completed memorization of the Holy Qura’an.
