Director General Extension says: Collective efforts needs for development of agriculture sector

QUETTA: Director General Agriculture (Extension) Yar Muhammad Pindrani has underlined the need to make collective efforts on part of the Agriculture scientists and officers for development of agriculture in the province.
This, he stated while addressing a high level meeting at the Directorate of Agriculture (Extension) Balochistan here the other day.
Those who were in attendance were: Director General (Agriculture Research), Dr. Javed Tareen, Director General (Water Management), Abdul Wahab Kakar, Director General (Agriculture Engineering), Abdul Manan Raisani, Director General Quetta, Wazir Khan Safi, Director Information, Taj Muhammad Panezai, Divisional Director Sibi, Muhammad Ibrahim Bazai and others.
Addressing the meeting, the DG Extension said that it is an encouraging to see four Director Generals of the department waging joint struggle for promotion of agriculture.
We can’t achieve the desired targets without mutual cooperation and understanding, Yar Muhammad Pindrani insisted.
He said that all the four sections of the department are needed to be made effective through effective coordination within them so as to meet the basic requirements of the growers.
He said that although our sections are different but our destination is same i.e., facilitating the growers and resolving their issues.
In this regard, activation proforma has been prepared for all the sections, which has to be submitted to the Secretary Agriculture every month, the DG Extension said.
