9th All Pakistan NBP Jashne Azadi Boxing from August 10

The 9th All Pakistan National Bank Jashne Azadi Boxing Tournament is scheduled to be staged from August 10, 2015 in Quetta.
The Balochistan Boxing Association (BBA) has arranged the tournament in collaboration with the National Bank of Pakistan and Pakistan Boxing Federation at the ground of Government Yazdan Khan Model High School, Alamdar Road.
According to the organizers, the participation of Pak Army, Pak Navy, Pak Air Force, Pakistan Railways, Sindh Rangers, FATA, WAPDA, Higher Education Commission, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhaw, Azad Jammu and Kashmir as well as the Balochistan Red and Balochistan Green is likely in the national level boxing competition.
It may be mentioned here that Balochistan Red would be defending its title in the tournament. It has been winning the title for last two terms.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the BBA was held to review arrangements of the tournament with its President, former DIG Police, Syed Faqir Hussain in the chair.
The Secretary of BBA, Haji Khuda-e-Raheem and organizer, Liaquat Ali briefed the meeting about the arrangements made and other necessary steps taken with regard to organizing the tournament in Quetta.
The participants expressed satisfaction over the report submitted by them in this regard.
Speaking on the occasion, President BBA said that it is an honour for us to organize the tournament for last eight years continuously.
He also pledged to organize its ninth edition successfully. He directed to the office bearers of BBA and tournament committee to fulfill their responsibilities regarding the tournament well.
In the end, Syed Faqir Hussain thanked to the Regional Head of National Bank, Ali Ahmed Panezai, General Manager Human Resource, and other concerned officers of the Bank for their cooperation in organizing the tournament.
