Directives issued to DDs, DHOs, POs & relief providing NGOs

QUETTA: The Provincial Health Department Balochistan has issued directives to the Divisional Directors, district Health Officers (DHOs), Programme Managers and the relief providing non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) to take necessary steps for provision of relief in the areas affected due to the heavy monsoon and the flashflood.
According to an official hand out issued here, the directives have also been issued for declaring flood emergency particularly in Zhob, Khuzdar and Sibi areas so as to tackle any emergent situation effectively.
The concerned authorities have also been directed to put the medical teams high alert in view of the flood emergency.
