QUETTA: A Youth Conference is scheduled to be held on the theme of Youth Civic Engagements†on September 2 at Boy Scouts Association’s headquarters here.
The Provincial Youth, Environment and Sports Department has organized the Youth Conference in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai is likely to be the chief guest at the ceremony.
The Provincial Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Mir Mujeebur Rehman Muhammad Hassani, the representatives of the UNDP, Mayor Quetta Metropolitan Corporation, Secretary Youth Affairs, civil society and youth would attend the conference.
The discussion would focus on the social participation of youth, tolerance and youth engagements. The UNDP support for youth in Balochistan would also be discussed on the occasion.
