QUETTA: Director General of Population Welfare Department, Abdul Latif Kakar, Director Ali Muhammad Baloch, Director Technical, Dr. Abida Gul, other deputy Directors and officers of the department have expressed their deep grief over death of husband of Dr. Nighat Afroz of the Loralai District Office.
In a joint condolence statement issued here, they expressed condolence with the bereaved family and prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul into Its eternal peace and give strength to the family to bear the tragic loss with patience.
