QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch has stated that it is top priority of the provincial government to improve law and order situation all over the province.
This, he stated while talking to a delegation of the Pishin Qaumi Jirgah, which called on here the other day.
The delegation was led by the Provincial Minister for Local Government, Sardar Ghulam Mustafa Tareen and Member Provincial Assembly belonging to Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAO), Agha Syed Liaquat Ali. The representatives of different political parties and tribal elders were part of the delegation meeting the Chief Minister.
Members of the delegation apprised the Chief Minister about the issues of the Pishin district. The law and order situation was also discussed during the meeting.
Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch on the occasion made it clear that as improving law and order is government’s top priority as such no compromise would be made on it.
He said that the government is determined to provide modern facilities and equipment as well as impart advanced training to the levies force and Police despite the resources’ constraints.
It is aimed at bringing marked improvement in overall performance of the law enforcement agencies, he maintained.
On the issues of law and order, the Chief Minister assured that the Pishin administration would be made more effective and efficient to deliver the goods.
The strength of the police and Levies force would also be increased in the district, he assured further.
Meanwhile, the delegation appreciated the steps being taken by the government for improvement in law and order in the province.
