People ought to approach elected representatives for solution of issues

QUETTA: Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai has urged the people to contact with the elected representatives of their respective constituencies for solution of the issues being faced by them.
He was talking to a delegation of Rod Jogezai, Killa Saifullah, who called on him here at the Governor House the other day.
The members of the delegation informed the Governor about issues of their area. The elder of the area, Haji Muhammad Rahim led the delegation.
It was informed to the Governor that the area is affected due to drought for long, and as such there is a need to take drastic steps to bring improvement in the situation.
Moreover, communication and road infrastructure is also another big issue of the area. Due to the issue, the people of the area face problems to market their products. Timely access of the food and other products becomes troublesome, members of the delegation pointed out further.
They sought the role of Governor in solution of their problems.
The Governor gave a patient hearing to the issues as pointed out by them. He assured that the issues would be brought in notice of the concerned authorities for solution.
Talking to them, the Governor said that the members of the provincial assembly are the elected representatives of the people, and they are playing their role in development of their areas and welfare of the people.
They (people) should approach their representatives whom they voted and otherwise to get their problems resolved. The members of the assembly and the representatives of the local bodies could play important role in this regard.
Meanwhile, the member provincial assembly belonging to Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Agha Syed Liaquat Ali and Vice Chancellor of Loralai University, Professor Dr. Abdullah Khan had separate meetings with the Governor Balochistan.
