Bi-election in PB-50: Nomination papers to be received on 26th and 27th

QUETTA: Provincial Election Commissioner, Syed Sultan Bayazeed has announced that the nomination papers of the candidates for participation in bi-election on Provincial Assembly’s election constituency PB-50, Kech-III would be received in the office of the concerned Returning Officer on November 26 and 27, 2015.
According to an official hand out issued here, the polling for the bi-election is scheduled to be held on December 31, 2015.
The PEC Sultan Bayazeed said that around 59, 200 voters would use their right of franchise in the bi-election.
It may be mentioned here that the Supreme Court had rejected the appeal of Akbar Askani against his disqualification and ordered for re-election in PB-50, Kech-III.
