Former chairman BPSC appears before Accountability Court

QUETTA Oct 19 (PPI): Former Chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission and his two facilitators were produced in Accountability Court here Wednesday.
According to details Former Chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission Ashraf Magsi and his two facilitators former Deputy Director Abdul Waheed and Niaz Kakar were produced in the Accountability Court here today.
During hearing of their case their new lawyer Tariq appeared before the court and filed his documents. He has been appointed in place of Adnan Kasi Advocate who was killed in firing incident.
NAB officials presented witness. Accused lawyers sought one week time for arguments on the witness. Court giving time adjourned the hearing till Oct 28. Accused were sent to jail on judicial remand.
