QUETTA Oct 24 (PPI): A black day would be observed on Oct 27 on the directives of Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri.
Day is observed ad Black Day to condemn Indian occupation of Held Kashmir by Indian Army on October 27, 1947.
