Session cannot be summoned: Assembly Secretariat

QUETTA Oct 27 (PPI): Balochistan assembly session cannot be summoned for lack of required strength of requisitioning members.
An announcement of provincial Assembly Secretariat said here Thursday that Opposition members of the House had given a notice for requisitioning session about Police Training College attack. The requisition had signatures of only eight members. Under Article 54(3) read with Article 127 a total of one fourth members of the House that is 17 is needed for summoning requisitioned session.
Therefore due to non completion of constitutional requirement requisition session cannot be summoned. Concerned members have been informed in writing.
