CM suspends Commandant, Dy Commandant PTC for negligence

QUETTA Oct 27 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has placed Commandant (DIG) Police Training College Captain (R ) Tahir Naveed, Deputy Commandant (SSP) Yameen Khan and DSP Headquarters PTC Muhammad Ajmal with immediate effect.
Action has been taken in light of preliminary investigation into Police Training College attack finding them negligent for security.
Immediate action against officers found neglect is to stop recurrence of such incidents ahead and any officer was found involved strict action would be taken against him.
A request has been made to Chief Justice Balochistan High Court by Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri for judicial inquiry into PTC attack. Judicial Commission would recommend its recommendations for stopping recurrence of such incidents, probe the incident and ascertain responsible of the incident.
JIT ha also been formed by provincial government on the directives of Chief Minister under he leadership of Brigadier Bilal Ali for investigation of PTC incident. SSP Investigation Aitzaz Goraya, representatives of FC and other concerned agencies would also include in JIT.
