BA-Adjournment motion not pressed

QUETTA Jan 6 (PPI): An adjournment motion on killing of tribal leader JUI leader in Mazai Addah Thursday was not pressed for debate by the mover in Balochistan Assembly Friday.
According to details PMAP MPA Abdul Majeed Achakzai moved adjournment motion on killing of JUI and tribal leader Malik Essa in Mazai Addah (district Killi Abdullah) in the House today. He said killing of JUI leader has spread wave of fear among the dwellers in the area and there is apprehension of blood shed.
Giving government’s point of view provincial minister Abdul Rahi Ziaratwal said maintaining law and order is responsibility of the government. Every one should follow it. If any one has any grievance it is not the way. Forcing admittance of thing at gun point is not justified. Laws are made for people to follow it. Yesterday’s incident is very bad.
Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri assured that it was policy of his government no excess is done to any one. He asked Inspector General of Police and Home Secretary of taking notice and give him their report in the matter.
He said security would be provided to life and property of people according to law. This broad day light murder is stain on his government, he added.
He asked the mover not to press his motion and withdraw it.
When asked by Speaker Ms Rahila Durrani, mover Majeed Achakzai did not press his motion.
House was adjourned till Saturday afternoon.
