Night temperature falls to minus 3.5 C as cold, dry weather prevailed

QUETTA Jan 7 (PPI): Minimum temperature dropped to minus 3.5 Celsius Saturday in Quetta Valley Saturday in the wake of cold and dry weather prevailing in major parts of Balochistan Saturday. Maximum temperature was also recorded at 7 Celsius in the Valley today.
People sat under shades to enjoy sun as northwesterly winds blew across the Valley at a velocity of 22 knots.
Kalat was coldest area with minimum temperature or minus 7 Celsius, Dalbandin -3.5 Celsius, Zhob 1 and Panjgur 1.5 Celsius.
Met office has forecast cold and dry weather to prevail over major parts of Balochistan during coming 24 hours.
