Head of UNHCR Sub office meets Governor

QUETTA May 9 (PPI): Repatriation of Afghan refugees was continuing and steps were underway to register those not registered so far in Balochistan.
This was stated by Head of UNHCR Sub office Quetta Dinesh Shrestha while briefing Balochistan governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai on looking after Afghan refugees and arrangements for their repatriation to their homeland here Tuesday.
Governor said that it is important and sensitive matter and such a situation should be created in consultation with Government of Pakistan, Afghanistan and UN representatives so that Afghan refugees safe and dignified return was possible.
