NAB arrest Addl Director MSAD, CE Stunt Company, others

QUETTA Sep 14 (PPI): NAB Balochistan has arrested Additional Director MSD Balochistan, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of company providing stunts. Stunts valued Rupees 16 to 17 thousand were purchased for Rupees 90 thousand to 1, 17, 000 Rupees by MASD in league with Company causing 100 million loss to national exchequer. Company sold stunts at costly prices in open market and earned millions of Rupees.
On receiving reports against Health Department NAB investigated purchase of stunts for cardiac department. It was revealed that an unregistered company Health Take with the assistance of officers of MSG Balochistan purchased foreign stunts at much higher market prices.
It is added here that Supreme Court has taken notice of purchase of stunts at exorbitant prices by high-ups of health department for poor patients. NAB Balochistan has arrested Stunts Company and MSD responsible for furthering its investigation while more arrests are expected in coming days.
