CSC chairs Muharram meeting

QUETTA Sep 21 (PPI): Commander Southern Command Lt General Aamer Riaz chaired a meeting on securing during Muharramul Haran at Headquarters Southern Command here Thursday.
Home Minister and commander of civil and military institutions attended.
Meeting reviewed security arrangements during Muharram and decided that all measures would be adopted of security of people’s life and property and places of worship.
Commander southern Command also held a meeting with Ulema from all schools of through and a delegation of Anjuman Tajiran.
Speaking with them Commander urged need for religious harmony and tolerance. He added that during Muharramul haram enemy tries to spread sectarianism through terrorism but we have to face its tactic by getting united. It is good sign that our Ulema are fully aware of these tactics of enemy.
Assuring cooperation and solidarity Ulema reiterated that all the processions would follow traditional route and terminate at scheduled time.
