MQM’s intra-party election on February 18
KARACHI, Feb 14 (INP): Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) led by Dr. Farooq Sattar has decided to hold intra-party election on February 18 instead of February 17.
The election commission secretariat of MQM received hundreds of applications from the party workers demanding change of the intra-party election date which led to the decision.
The intra-party election will be now held on Sunday (February 18) instead of Saturday, said communique issued by the MQM-P.
Meanwhile, MQM-P Bahadurabad faction led by Khalid Maqbool Sidiqui has summoned general workers convection on February 16.
