Police, ATF assume control in Gajan to end tension

JHAL MAGSI Jan 21 (PPI): Heavy contingents of police and anti Terrorist Force Squads have assumed control in Gajan area of Gandava to end prevailing tension between two groups of Lashari tribe. They were accompanied by armoured personnel carriers. Trenches in the area were removed.
District police Officer Abdul Lateef Baloch told that on the directives of DIG Nasirabad heavy contingents of police and ATF have been deployed in Gajan area to end prevailing tension form four days. They have sought complete control of Gajan. They have also armoured personnel carriers. Trenches have been got vacated from armed men and situation was under control.
Meanwhile local transport remained suspended today creating problems for people particularly patients.
