Congo virus confirmed in patient

QUETTA July 7 (PPI): A patient was confirmed as patient suffering from Congo virus at Fatima Jinnah Hospital Quetta.
According to Incharge outpatient Department Dr Naseer patient an afghan national Bismillah was brought to the hospital in very serious condition four days ago. He hails from Helmond Afghanistan. His blood samples were sent for test to Karachi which proved he was suffering from Congo virus.
It is added here that 36 patients were brought to the hospital during the current year and 12 of them were proved positive.
