Power to remain suspended today

QUETTA: Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESC) has announced that the power supply would remain suspended from the Airport, WASA, PAF, Western Bye-pass, Kuchlak-I, CTS Kidney and Aghbarg feeders of the Sheikh Manda Grid Station today (Sunday) between 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM.
According to an official press release issued here by the QESCO, the power supply would also remain suspended from the feeders of Industrial feeder of the Sariab Grid Station the same day from 3:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
Moreover, there would also be power shut down in the areas connected with the feeders of New and Old Pashtoonabad and Express feeders of the Industrial Grid Station on Monday (tomorrow) between 11:00 AM – 02:00 PM. The power supply would also remain suspended from the feeders of Western Bye-pass and Kharotabad feeders of the Sheikh Manda Grid Station the same day (Monday) from 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM.
The press release mentioned that the power shut down has been announced because of the necessary maintenance work on the transmission lines.
