BA passes amendments to Rules of procedure and conduct of business 1974

QUETTA May 16 (PPI): Balochistan assembly at its session her e Tuesday passed two amendments in Provincial assembly Rules of procedure and conduct of business 1974.
First amendment was made to Rule 170. Rules 70 (b) was added after Rules 170 (a) Ethics and Advisory Committee.
Through second amendment Rule 201(a) has been added as Point of Public Importance. It is other than Point of order.
Both these amendments have been adopted according to recommendation of House Committee headed by Engineer Zamrak Achakzai.
Meanwhile two more amendments have tabled by Chairman House Committee on Social Welfare, Women Development, Zakat, ushr, Haj, Auqaf, Minorities and Youth Affairs Dr Shama Ishaq Baloch.
It related to Draft bill for Balochistan Senior Citizens Act 2017.
Another report was also tabled relating to Balochistan Persons with Disabilities Act 2017.
While report on Balochistan Special Development Board (for low cost housing schemes) bill 2017 was also tabled in the House. Report was presented by Mohtarma Shahida Rauf due to absence of MPA Manzoor Kakar.
