Police man killed, 3 injured boy in firing

QUETTA Oct 13 (PPI): A Police man was martyred and three persons including tow policemen were injured in firing incident here Friday.
According to police firing incident took place along Gulistan Street Faqir Muhammad road here today. When armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on Plice Van patrolling in the area.
Acting IG Police Ayub Qureshi while visiting the site told tht police men wr erountine patrol following increase in street crimes, sntchign of women’s purses. Acused were criminals involved in these crimes.Police and FC cordoned the area and started investigation.
An accused was also injured in firing. He made his escape good from the scene. A boy was also injured in the firing.
Meanwhile funeral prayers of policemen martyred was offered at police lines here today. DIG Police Abdul Razzaq Cheema and police officers attended.
